The 2026 Ford Mustang is being giving away by Tuggy’s Gas & Variety, (the “Sponsor”). - CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on April 1st 2026 and ends on Sept 5 2026 12PM EST(the “Contest Period”). - ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, or immediate family members are not eligible. - HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.To enter:
- Stop in Daily: Visit us in person, Gas Bar, In store or High Supply.
- Limit: One entry per person/email per day.
- Skill-Testing Question: To win, entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
- THE PRIZE
- Prize: One (1) 2026 Ford Mustang, EcoBoost, Shadow Black (the “Prize”).
- Approximate Retail Value: [$42,999.00 CAD].
- Conditions: Prize must be accepted as awarded, no cash substitutions.
- DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION
A random draw will take place on Sept 5 2026 at 5PM in Tuggy’s Gas & Variety, from all eligible entries. Selected entrants will be contacted via email/phone. - WINNER REQUIREMENTS
Selected entrant must:
- Correctly answer the skill-testing question.
- Sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with rules and releasing Sponsors from liability.
- Failure to do so within 30 days will result in disqualification and a new draw.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Quebec Residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
- Privacy: Personal information will be used for administration of the contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
- Disqualification: Automated or “Rigging” the system / entries are prohibited, and will be disqualified.
